We aim to review and respond to all bushfire-related requests within two business days and will prioritise urgent requests.
We apply our disaster eligibility guidelines flexibly.
You can still apply for help if you're unsure about this. We take into account the wide-reaching impacts of disasters on communities when considering eligibility.
Based on your answers, you are not eligible. As a charity, we prioritise helping people who are most in need. To be eligible, you will need to meet our means test, if you can afford legal assistance then you are unlikely to be eligible.
